Tibetan Yoga is being taught at 3PM on Sunday's here at Dragon Seat by Chuck Sullivan a local acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist who has worked with opening energy pathways in the body for many years. This is open to all regardless of physical condition and is done in a chair. There is a meditation and contemplative component to the yoga.

Nashville Zen Center 
Description: The Nashville Zen Center was started over 20 years ago by a few people who desired to meet regularly to meditate and to discuss Buddhist philosophy. Today the group has over 30 members who come from diverse backgrounds and form a loosely organized sangha of veteran practitioners and rank beginners. While not affiliated with any specific Zen school, the center has invited various Zen masters to lead retreats organized by the center in and around Nashville.

Shambhala Meditation Group of Nashville 
Description: Nashville is the newest city to have a local presence affilliated with Shambhala International, founded by the late Chogyam Trungpa, offering free meditation instruction and study as well as formal courses in Buddhism and secular Shambhala Training.
